Moved here in March and it was a smooth move in process. The office ladies and maintenance crew are always nice, very informative and are passionate about keeping the community happy and clean. They even go out of their way to make sure packages get placed inside homes (when notified by the resident) when away. The units are dated but other than that, we enjoy the vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, and charm.
personally i absolutely love chislom trail townhomes!!! the floor plans are so cute! Front office staff: Kristina & Lahoma are always quick to respond to all my questions and needs. The maintenance team are AMAZING, they come in get the job done & to my surprise i don’t have to call multiple times about the same thing like my previous home. Streets are clean, grass is maintained regularly; and I LOVE how others renters take pride in keeping lawns & areas clean as well. I have been living here for almost two years. Maintenance request are conducted timely. The environment is kept clean and trash cans are always emptied before overflow. I’ve experienced terrible apartments and I give this place 5 stars. Gates are always in good repair and working conditions. I just wish they had more amenities. Maybe a gym
We just moved here recently and i think.its a nice place to live and the maintenance crew is always courteous, respectful and vry knowledgeable and here quickly if we have an issue. Shout out to maintenance! Thr office staff is always answering any questions i have quickly and when we had some bumps in the road trying to get approved to move here, They worked with us to help us get in here. So shout out the the office staff also!
