If I could rate lower I would. I had to provide all the research and I kept asking for updates until I contacted another law firm who called me to tell me I had 6 hours to renew my claim or lose it. I was on time thanks to the new firm. Don't use or even contact this terrible excuse for a Veterans advocate.
