Poor communication and no responses of email & phone when needed.
I don't know how you guys give this firm a five star. Poor service poor communication. No updates No invoice but they withdrew their fee out of my account. Never seen any business run like this people..i mean especially this is CPA handling your taxes. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! When i picked up my files in April they told me my personal tax returns had been filed. When i called them back after more than a month without my refund they said they filed it in May. And they already withfrew 650.00 in April for personal tax re... read more
