The morning of delivery the driver texted me to meet him in 30 minutes at a local Walmart. Upon arrival the driver ceased communication and never arrived. We were forced to wait at Walmart for 5 hours while the company tried to contact the driver. We called the company many times asking what was going on in their foxboro location and some guy named "junior" who was terrible to deal with eventually hung up on us after we kept calling for an update where the driver was and where out car was. Very happy with Chip’s Auto Transport. Needed to ship a vehicle to my daughter in Arizona on short notice. Steve Ward was very friendly and helpful. Great communication throughout. Vehicle arrived on-time, in perfect condition, and was dropped off my a very friendly driver (George). Top notch company!
Poor Service/ Rude. Transport is never on time. Avoid
I purchased a hard-to-find new car from the Boston area and used Chip's to deliver it to me in Connecticut. They picked it up and dropped it off on schedule, took great care with the car in between, communicated often and clearly, and they did all this for a very fair price. I don't know that I'll need this kind of service again but if I did I would use Chip's again in a heartbeat.
