The morning of delivery the driver texted me to meet him in 30 minutes at a local Walmart. Upon arrival the driver ceased communication and never arrived. We were forced to wait at Walmart for 5 hours while the company tried to contact the driver. We called the company many times asking what was going on in their foxboro location and some guy named "junior" who was terrible to deal with eventually hung up on us after we kept calling for an update where the driver was and where out car was.
