My fault for leaving makita tools in trunk. All missing. Sucks. Cars were delivered w no issues.
I hired Chip’s to transport my vehicle from Rhode Island to my winter home in South Carolina. I was going to be in SC for a week in July and could take delivery anytime in a seven day window. I called Chip’s in early June and explained that they could pick up the vehicle anytime between then and July 9th, but that I only had the week long delivery window from July 11th to 18th (the house was rented out before and after the window). Great service door to door and on time, always professional !
I do want to state that I contacted the company directly before posting this review but never received a response. I gave them almost 2 weeks to respond. Why I went with 2 stars…. I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW Norwood (Massachusetts) that required transportation to Louisville, KY. BMW strongly recommended Chips Transport. Despite their quote being $500-$600 higher than some of the other well know companies, I went with Chips because of BMW’s recommendation.
