I do want to state that I contacted the company directly before posting this review but never received a response. I gave them almost 2 weeks to respond. Why I went with 2 stars…. I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW Norwood (Massachusetts) that required transportation to Louisville, KY. BMW strongly recommended Chips Transport. We used Chips to move 7 classic cars from Florida to South Carolina. We called Thursday and our driver was there to pick up on Sunday. All the other transport services said they had to use two separate trailers, but Chips was able to do it with a single trailer. Alex was our driver and he was fantastic! He was friendly, on time, and did everything he said he would do. Chips transport service went down to SC for me to pick up a project truck 1965 c10 their driver who delivered it to my house was great! He treated my old rusty truck like a high end sports car. His name was Dave, 10 stars for him, very professional we chatted about old cars he was awesome. Their communication during the transfer was great! Again treated me and my rust bucket like a high valued customer. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a car delivered anywhere!! Thank you guys! Thank you Dave!
Extremely unprofessional company with rude and aggressive staff members. I was treated with complete disrespect. Avoid this company. I’m not sure which driver you’re talking about. This story only reflects your lack of professionalism.
