If negative stars were an option I would give them. The staffer hovered over the entire time like we were animals in a zoo. Genuinely the worst customer service and store I've ever taken my kids to. The manage was extremely rude and entitled and clearly just wanted to bully customers into sales. I would never recommend going here.

If you're reading this, SAVE YOUR MONEY. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! Hopefully these scam artists will be shut down for good soon! The store has absolutely no prices listed anywhere. There's signage indicating that there should be gloves to pass out in order to prevent contamination, but there were no gloves despite health signage around the store. Most of the candy seemed to have been sitting in the dispensers for perhaps months at a time. A lot of the ropes and chews were hard as a brick. After grabbing about 2 pounds ... read more

I was enjoying a day out with family. My daughter bought her 2 boys, the big rainbow lollipops. Right as we left and turned the corner, we noticed one of the suckers was broken in half. We walked right back in and ask for an exchange. They said nope, no exchange. Even my grandson was crying and asked for an unbroken one. The lady still said no. It was broken when we got it. Not good customer service, in my opinion. 👎
