Called and tried to reserve a spot on the golf simulator as a non-member and basically the lady on the phone sounded as though she did not want to help me. I then politely thanked her for “helping” me and she abruptly hung up. You offered very great rates for guests on the simulator and I understand it’s a busy time of year, but customer service goes a long way and I was not pleased with the communication on the phone
I love this place. I learned to swim here and now my daughter is also learning to swim here.
I visited a friend in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin for New Year's week, went to Zumba and cardio dance, both taught by girls named TARA! Both classes were super fun, easy to follow, and makes me wanna go back! All ages in the class, give it a try!
Open swim is not "open" at all. There were no lap lanes available to swim. Diving practice is not allowed and we were forced to stay in a tiny section of the pool where a whole daycare classroom was swimming. Neither of my kiddos were actually able to swim because of the amount of plastic rings being thrown at our heads. I tried to take my daughter slightly away from the chaos and was told she couldn't swim there (even though I was right next to her working on swimming) because she doesn't know proper front strokes.
