Our business hired Angela to serve a tenant on an eviction. They picked up the paperwork, sent a text indicating the tenant had been served but never provided proof of service to us or the court. DO NOT HIRE ANGELA! I was a repeat customer after having a great experience with her 4+ years ago. Something has changed dramatically since then. She was quick to take my job and payment in full. But after that she went radio silent. She wouldn’t return my calls or texts. When she did it was excuse after excuse why my papers hadn’t been served. Does not return phone calls
Worst process server. I sent her documents via email and paid the fee over the phone with Angela, per her request. After 2 weeks I attempted to follow up with her to see if the defendant had been served and we received no response. I reached out to her 8 different times over the course of a month (via email and by phone) and we never received a response. We then requested our money back and we have still not heard back from her. BEWARE. I had to pay a different process server to serve the defendant.
