My husband did ample research to find a reputable tax service provider. Chippewa Valley Financial Services has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and now we understand why. I am only giving Chippewa Valley Tax Services one star because I have to. I would love to give zero stars or a negative stars if possible. Dennis prepared our personal taxes while we lived in Wisconsin. We found out in a letter from the IRS that Dennis made a mistake on our 2020 taxes. We checked to make sure we gave him all the W2's needed, and we did. He made a mistake and did not add in the income from a W2 that the employer later reported to the IRS.
