What a joke of a bank! A bank in the United States that refuses to exchange US currency, a 1/2 dollar for a roll pennies. Because of money laundering they cannot do that. So, I must assume Hayward is prime for drug dealers to launder their dollars for change. You have to be kidding. I ask if I opened an account, sure, but that person is not at the bank. Convenient locations but customer service has been subpar on a few occasions. Many other banking options around where service could be better. Time for us to look elsewhere.
