I had a great experience working with Barb at the Chippewa Valley Bank in Lac du Flambeau. She truly went above & beyond to assist me, handling everything with a positive attitude & exceptional customer service. It's not everyday you come across someone so dedicated and genuinely helpful. Thank you Barb for making everything so easy and pleasant.
This is an awful bank with awful customer service. Talking to each other like they are so busy yet there is no one in the waiting area being helped and they are all sitting down waiting for them. They are complaining and ignoring others waiting for help. The lady working there was very rude and did not help me at all. She wasted my time, she was rude to me yet needed to see all the personal information before sending me away. A nice tone does not make you a nice person.
Can't believe I was hung up on a telephone conversation by the same dude several times. I wanted to start an account/s with the bank and had some questions concerning accounts. Also, can't believe there isn't a direct number to the different branches so a person can talk with a bank manager in reference to existing problems. I now understand why this institution has a low approval assessment.
Always take money out you’re account, avoid this bank!
