I have been with this CU for many years and it has been so good in everyday. All the employees are the best. So kind, helpful and friendly. You are known as a person here not just a #.
The girls in the Kincheloe branch are always friendly- they greet you by name when you come in the door. Have assisted us with a couple of complicated matters and when questions come up they are willing to help you find the answer.
All of the employees are very kind and patient. the app works amazing. over all a very good environment.
I especially enjoy the ability to speak with an actual person when I call the branch office
