Love this institution on the restoration/renovation street. Can spend hours wandering through their incredible stock. Great displays and information. The staff are super helpful.
Appalling service. The fellow I spoke to was disinterested and condescending. I went into Chippendale Restorations with 3 very specific questions, and received no help answering the questions. I had dealt with this business years ago, then they were helpful and respectful, but today awful service.
We recently had a need to use our gas fire, to no avail. I left a message with Stephen, not knowing if he would still be working at Chippendale Restorations. He rang back and was fantastic, walking us through the process which actually got the fire working again. We ae very grateful for his help as his expertise and knowledge are wonderful. This has been a very positive experience and it is so good to be warm again!!
