I was connected to Dawn when I was having an issue with our financial institution of 25+ yrs, not wanting to work with us. We have been working with Mortgage Architects for over 4 months and had been promised a new mortgage that would be more flexible going forward. We waited past the renewal period of our current mortgage, at this companies recommendation, and now our monthly rate is $1000 per month more than it would have been. We were very open with this company and thought we were being supported by this company. Be careful working with them.
