This will probably get removed but ever since I found out there was a Chintz in Calgary I’ve been excited to go (I’m from Edmonton) and I will not be going based on these reviews. I am so disappointed. When the world is going online customer service and experience is so important. Customers shouldn’t need to ask for be treated with basic dignity and respect. I was so looking forward to dropping in this weekend.
Prompt assistance and friendly people, from the time I arrived, until the time I left. Shopping for fabric for a new pillow, great suggestions. I have purchased many unique furniture and decor items over the years from Chintz. Highly recommend
I came in today looking for some decorative cushions and had the most amazing experience. I purchased some gorgeous Voglio Bene cushions and was able to have some custom made. Given the quality and the striking design, they were a justified cost. Looking forward to many more purchases from this store!
Sad they moved away from Edmonton
I used to shop at Chintz in Vancouver. They always had the most amazing fabrics and ribbons, and the service was wonderful. Unfortunately, they closed down a couple of years ago. When we moved to Calgary a year ago, I realized that there's a Chintz here. I went to check it out the next day. The door was locked. The lights were on.
