We have had Heather do our taxes now for 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. The office is comfortable, like being in someone's home and there are always cold drinks available and always candy!! Heather is such fun to talk with , always cheery, but at the same time she is very efficient and knowledgable and she's always willing to explain something if you don't understand. We actually look forward to visiting with her. We would highly recommend this business.

Horrible service. Forgot about appointments - twice. Lost our file. Left other client's files in plain view. Screwed up our filing and we got over $1,000 less back than she calculated. Will not be returning. Very disappointed. I find it amusing that you amended your initial response. This response is more professional, even if you do add my personal information and shift the blame (IRS/COVID). My hope is that you slow down and make fewer mistakes on client's returns and focus more on client privacy. You do bring up a good po... read more
