I visited this bank for the second time, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I approached the teller, she immediately stated that I needed to count the correct amount before coming to the window. Her tone was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I have never experienced such unprofessional and discriminatory behavior from a financial institution. Chino Commercial Bank closed my account, which held hundreds of thousands of dollars, without any explanation whatsoever. It is abundantly clear that this decision was fueled by racist motives, and their management—most notably Veronica and her team—refused to engage in any form of communication or resolution.
