5 years ago I hired chinneck law to do a property purchase for me on a condo. Granted it was a bit more complex than the average closure but they could NOT complete the transaction and told me they would not be able to move forward. They kept my $500 deposit for a few phone calls and emails and then proceeded to send me an additional bill for $1600.
