I have shared this feedback with William, the proprietor. He needs to be more transparent with his pricing structure. We paid the initial "consulting fee," before he put an agreement in front of us for the service, which we found expensive for services rendered. If we had know the total before the consultation, we would have shopped around to see if there was better pricing. I would recommend that you find out the total pricing before beginning the consultation.
