Terrible.. paid for an hour massage, spent 90% of the massage just butterflying my back rather then actually massaging. No blankets or anything to keep customers warm (rooms are freezing) and then towards the end of the massage another customer has entered the shop, the lady quickly jumps up midway through my massage and runs out to serve him, then comes back and proceeds to tell me my massage is over. 10 minutes before time was actually meant to finish!!!
