If I could give 0 stars I would! Totally UNPROFESSIONAL place avoid at all costs! I booked online and upon arrival was asked if I called the person dealing with me directly… like why would I do that what’s the point in your booking service?! On the website it says there’s £10 consultation fee then was told oh it’s actually £20- useless man at reception text the acuputurist who advised “oh there’s traffic i’ll probably be there by 10:30” my appointment was at 10!!!!!! Overall the one day hijama course was disappointing unfortunately and certainly not worth the fee. Prior to the course day, a few YouTube videos were sent to us and I found those videos of no value whatsoever. The premises where the teaching was held was in need of much maintenance and overall shabby. The first hour, each trainee on the day was taken for a private chat to the person teaching the course and this was a complete waste of time. The Chinese hospital is a very kind and welcoming place. All the staff are ready to help and are excellent listeners , they help with every problem you may have and never turn anyone away. I did a one day course here would highly recommend. Brilliant teachers
