Update: They called me to discuss my concerns. Very understanding and apologetic and invited me to come back and give them another shot at addressing my concerns. I am happy with the way that it was handled. On the return visit I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen, which is unusual in my experience. However this was an afternoon visit and I usually schedule for the morning, so perhaps keep that in mind when making an appointment.
