Seems to me some people are just miserable ! If the only criticism you can make is about procedures then I suggest you go and pay £60,70 or even £80/hour elsewhere for those rigid procedures. Let's be honest, this is the best value for money massage around so if you actually just want a good, attentive massage at a reasonable price then come here just for that ! And enjoy 🤷♂️ I have found the therapists here very keen to deliver a good massage that relaxes my old muscles and dosent break the bank ! Suits me !

I am writing to address an issue from a visit two years ago and to seek a resolution. I booked a two-hour massage for £90, expecting a relaxing and professional experience. However, the session was cut short to 45 minutes, and I felt uncomfortable with the therapist’s technique, as her hands were rough and the massage felt rushed.
