Two bikes we rented (light blue) both had a flat tire in 2 hours of riding. One had a flat 1/2 mile from the shop at Woody's. The other coming back from Assateague at the permit station. Each flat caused 1/2 hour delay in our excursion. When I got back the second time another customer drove in and asked if the attendant could pick up her husband. She said he fell near the lighthouse and his tire was flat!
Had need for repairs on personal bike, they tried very hard to help me
Me and my wife had a really good time. Savannah showed us what we needed to know about the e bikes and we spent most of day riding it was awesome.
The front desk guy was so helpful and easy going. He was the epitome of what customer service should be. The bikes were great and lasted all day l highly recconmend this business!!
