I called the team in Chinchilla Phsyio therapy to get them to send me on my referral letter for a scan for my knee. I was given 1 year to use this, I was told on the phone they could not give me what I paid for. This meaning I would have to come pay them (I live in a different state now) pay another 100+ dollars to get the referral letter. It takes 60 seconds to write out the letter and scan it onto me. This is disgraceful, very disappointed. Go elsewhere, if this is how they treat customers
After years of being told it is in my head or just suck it up as there isn’t anything we can do. I Went and saw Chris as I was I extreme pain just moving my right leg. This has been getting progressively worse over several years. A few visits with Chris and the pain is only slight on occasions. So happy and glad I met Chris. A true miracle worker.
