Only because there is no option for ZERO stars. I don’t write reviews but this experience was so alarming, here I am! I booked a 30 minute massage, was 2 minutes early and put in a room and THEN told they are 10 minutes behind. I waited 10 mins to then get on the table to lay face down for what was another 20 minutes with no one…nothing…no communication - yet I could hear people talking and coming in and out of the front doors. Harmony Luxury Spa, formerly China Health Spa, is now run by Jason and Helen—a fantastic husband and wife team. My girl had an incredible massage with Jason, who relieved her neck and back tension, while Helen eased pain in my back and legs. The spa is clean and inviting, and the ongoing remodeling means it’ll be even better soon. At the end of our massages, the amazing hot rocks treatment was the perfect finishing touch. Today I booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage. Helen is the best massage therapist I’ve come across in this city. She told me she’s new here and will be staying, and the place has a new owner as well. Highly recommended!
