打了好多电话，是通的，但是完全不接电话。 我早上打的电话，但是他们到中午给我回了一个电话。他们没有个人银行服务的只有对公账户的服务，也就是说改密码什么都不行，我的银行卡不小心输了三次密码错误了，没有办法修改密码，只能回国弄或者是找直系亲属帮忙代办，他们建议可以打电话到国内办银行卡对支行跟他们联系试试看
