This firm agreed to an in person consultation, then 1/2 hour before the appointment, on the day it was scheduled, they said they were too busy, then subsequently agreed to have the consultation if I would pay $335. I canceled in person. I think sometimes lawyers forget that they are auditioning as well a judging your cases' suitability. Last-minute charges are unacceptable.
