Been a customer of theirs for about 5 years, never had a problem despite the fact that they can be up to 300% more expensive with their prices, it is what it is when they're just about all there is in the county. Anyways, wife and son go in today to get a part for our mower, and they are told the part the one they want is not the one they need and their "expertise" says its the one they eventually sold them.
