On visiting the Wycombe showroom, we purchased in good faith, an 8 seater garden furniture, after being told that when delivered, we would have to assemble the table ourself. We were estimated a 5 week delivery as brand new from the warehouse. Alarm bells rang when it was delivered within 2 weeks, fully assembled and the cushions didn’t arrive in plastic covering and some were soiled. My dad recently ordered a garden furniture set costing £1,600 from Chiltern outdoor living, expecting a brand-new product as promised. However, when it was delivered, it was immediately clear he had been sent the display model instead. There was a screw missing, which he had noticed when viewing the furniture in the shop — meaning the same faulty set was knowingly sent out.
