DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I’ve bought a sofa and it looked nothing like the pictures. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. The sofa I received developed a severe deformation — something even the manufacturer claimed they’ve never seen before. That alone was concerning, but it gets worse.
