I love the whole idea of the interregional transit to Vancouver, but the bus never runs on time

Everyday at a traffic light i have to now expect that a bus is going to willingly run a red light. Not that they entered when it was yellow. But full red light. Multiple different drivers. There have been too many close calls and its scary these drivers do it every day with passengers

I usually don't have any issues with the Abbotsford transit drivers, but chilliwack. They are so rude!! Just now,for asking about the bus route, the driver got mad at me saying read the sign on the board in a harsh tone. I usually thought BC people are kind, but this changes everything. Chilliwack transit drivers need to improve. If you expect the passengers to behave, first you have to behave for yourself, then expect others to do so. I'm really disappointed with this experience.

most staff are very kind/ don’t interact other than doing their job which is understandable. my problem is with the app available to track transit, as well as the transit options themselves. I’m an early morning rider and my last two early morning buses have either been delayed heavily or cancelled completely with no prior warning except for when the bus itself doesn’t show.
