Absolutely unhinged scheduling. Impossible for people to go to scheduled appointments or events on time. I'm sure they mean well, but I work for a company that provided 60-90 minute activities and educations sessions for clients. Handydart will often drop them off half an hour early or half an hour late, or pick them up with the same margins of error. In the last 6 months I've even seen someone's "Pickup" arrive 40 minutes early - their drop off was so late they ALSO weren't here yet. They were ready to pick them up before t... read more
I’ve just been using it temporarily after a hip operation. Service has been outstanding. Drivers are really friendly. And the whole thing has been a great experience.
Though the approval process is quite frustrating and lengthy, once that's taken care of, transport for a select few individuals that need a hand getting around works really well. More affordable than fuel and a safe riding environment.
Since signing up with this amazing service, I have nothing but praise for the kindness shown by the drivers and staff. Thank you all so very much.
