What a gem! To start, the team is friendly and knowledgeable, and are there to chat about the peppers. As for the product: it can't be beat! Reasonable prices and a great selection, and most importantly, fresh. A chili is supposed to be fragrant and malleable, with a soft sticky inside (like a raisin). Every chili I bought from here fit that description. Great product and I will be returning!
Such kind and genuine owners, Sergio was very helpful & welcoming. Glad to have found this shop, they have lots of varieties of peppers which are usually difficult to find elsewhere.
I needed chile ancho to make Chile Colorado and found Chiles Machos on Google. While they specialize in wholesale, you can also purchase individual packets of all the chiles they offer as well as other products. The chiles are so fresh, neatly packed and the flavor is incredible! Also, Paola is the absolute sweetest person I have met! My Chile Colorado came out fantastic and I’ll be going here every time I need chiles for my dishes. Muchas gracias, Paola and Chiles Machos!! ❤️
