I love Childtime! I work from home and live about 20min away and have several closer options, but make the commute because of the amazing staff and programming!
This place is amazing I absolutely love it! The staff is knowledgeable and keeps you informed about everything that goes on! They have super fun activities for the kids and you can check on your kids with live footage through their app. I definitely recommend them! I have two kids that go here and they are always excited to come in!!
This is a terrible daycare. If you wanna send your kids here I highly recommend finding something else I had to pull my son out yesterday due to staff negligence and abuse and when I went to the facility to tell them what I see on camera, they tried to dismiss my Complaints as they have many times before my son was there for seven months and we had multiple Problem I will never take my son back to Care because of this Was his first time being in a daycare and I will never again make the mistake of trusting people with my chi... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would! Being an employee here seems like fun, but in reality, it's awful. Especially, for the closers. The employees are lazy, sloppy, and rude. They leave a plethora of messes and spills (not to mention the toddlers diaper trash is never taken out during nap time so it's overloaded and spilled all over the inside of the cabinet and the closers end up having to do the trash twice).
