Personally love this daycare simply because my daughter loves it and the teachers but management has most definitely been slacking. They consistently lose paperwork and will blame you as if you didnt fill the paperwork out. Today my daughters grandma, who has picked her up before and has been called by the daycare as an emergency contact before, went to pick her up and was denied access to my child because according to them, she was not on the emergency contact card. I am so happy that my family and I chose the Tiffany Lane location for our daughter's care. Like one other review said, you are treated like family, and not like a customer. Management is awesome and makes sure to personally greet me and my daughter as soon as we walk in the door. I have to extend major kudos to all the teachers here.
