I trust the staff to handle all the changes toddlers go through...and boy that can be on a daily basis. Staff are trained to take every action a child (ren) into safety first. The bs about them not "teaching" the children is just that...bs. There is a planned curriculum and is being used. Sometimes it's outside learning or indoors. My son attended this daycare for 1 week for spring break. On day 3 I was viewing their live camera of his preschool room 1 when I saw a the lead teacher Samantha grab a little girl by her upper arm for running around the classroom, lift her in the air by her arm, and drag/carry her a few feet away before dropping her on the ground and walking away, leaving the little girl visibly screaming and crying. I signed a contract for the school year.. I was told multiple times for the summer my bill would only go up 30$ As soon as summer started my bill was different every week. We kept calling in asking what all these fees were for and nobody would answer us. We even called corporate and Jen the district manager would not give us an answer or get back to us about it.. 2 weeks later I get told my bill is going up and extra 200$ A WEEK.AND THEY COULDNT GIVE ME AN ANSWER WHY TO THIS EITHER. Was clearly asked if my son was returning this summer when we exited last summer for kindergarten after 3 years of being with them all the way through Pre-K. They gave his spot away for this summer and played dumb like they didn’t know he was returning. Horrible management and poor customer service.
