I have to admit that this review is long overdue, but I’m glad I’m finally writing it. This is a post to warn families of this school. I have also posted on yelp which was deleted so I posted the screen shot of my initial post. Myself as well as several other families left due to the neglect and abuse witnessed. There is a lot of teacher and director turnovers. No stability with the children and the staff is overstimulated and unhappy to work here. I’ve witnessed yelling, children’s arms being yanked, and put on chairs and shoved into tables. Child Time Daycare has been such a blessing for our family! Now that my daughter will be transitioning into the toddler room, I can’t help but reflect on her time in the infant room and how much love and care her teachers gave her. It’s never easy leaving your baby, but I always felt so comfortable knowing she was in such good hands—and being able to watch her throughout the day truly put our minds at ease. We toured 13 different facilities before choosing Child time Sierra Gardens. We are so happy we did, all of the staff are amazing and are kid is super happy. They Do a great job communicating and make sure our kid has the best days playing/learning.

This school sent my daughter home with a bloody nose and no one could tell us why, when I took her to the emergency room they said it was from blunt force trauma, I emailed the school that day and the next day they had a written “report” on what happened signed by a teacher who said themselves they didn’t see the incident. I believe it happened from normal play but the teachers and admin refused to tell us parents what happened in the first place.
