Each of my three kids have gone here. We began in 2018 and almost continuously since then. What sets this daycare apart is the caring staff. I never worry about my kids or feel the need to check the video because I know they are in great hands. During Covid, I kept them here even though I worked from home for 2.5 years and it’s 20 minutes from my house. I have to admit that this review is long overdue, but I’m glad I’m finally writing it. First and foremost, I want to thank all of the Childtime at Sierra Gardens staff for the love and care they showed our family. From the moment we toured the school, we felt welcomed and supported. This is a post to warn families of this school. I have also posted on yelp which was deleted so I posted the screen shot of my initial post. Myself as well as several other families left due to the neglect and abuse witnessed. There is a lot of teacher and director turnovers. No stability with the children and the staff is overstimulated and unhappy to work here. I’ve witnessed yelling, children’s arms being yanked, and put on chairs and shoved into tables. Child Time Daycare has been such a blessing for our family! Now that my daughter will be transitioning into the toddler room, I can’t help but reflect on her time in the infant room and how much love and care her teachers gave her.
