My son has been attending for a month after some bad experiences with a few other schools. This location has great staff who care greatly for the wellbeing and education of the kids in their care. There is a new director who not only is very friendly and supportive but is absolutely able and willing to jump into a classroom and help wherever needed. Don’t even know where to begin with this location. From the very beginning I had issues with them and overlooked most of the issues with staff and how the facility is ran. My child started 3/2023 in toddler 1, first week they closed class due to staffing issues which left me with out care until I was given the option to take my child to another location the following week. I put my daughter in this daycare in February because when I took a tour of this place everyone was so friendly but on April 25 I had pull my daughter out of this place because on camera I had saw a little boy pull my daughter hair then push here out of the chair so I ran out of work to go get her and when I went to go get my daughter out of the classroom a teacher was in there and he did not say a word of what had happen and this was not the first incident my daughter had with the little boy in her classroom and I was not t... read more

Would not recommend working here nor sending your child here! Ariel is the director and she doesn’t know what it means to direct a school. My first day working at Childtime was literally HORRIBLE! I had a 30 minute conversation with Ariel the director and all she gave me was “solutions” to my problem that wasn’t fixed in a timely manner. I asked to be removed out of the twos classroom because I am pregnant and couldn’t lift kids to change their diapers , she didn’t do anything about that .
