Teachers are amazing but Elizabeth has really inconsistent billing cycles, inability to respond to messages on app. And overcharges consistent when promising to adjust prices for family vacations. As a business owner consistency and integrity are essential and she seem to either not be able to keep up or she doesn’t care.

My daughter attended Childtime for over a year and we had a wonderful experience. The entire staff is kind and fair. The pre-k teachers (Ms Alyla, Ms Deja, Ms Jenny) do a great job with communication to parents while also providing a safe environment that balances fun & learning extremely well.

Childtime on Pleasant Valley Rd has been amazing. We love the live feed cameras and the pictures shared on the app daily. Also love that they track all feedings and sleep. My 8 month old son loves going there. I like that all the staff know his name and I feel at ease knowing he's well cared for. Definitely worth it and would recommend!

Our son has been in the infant room since he was 3 months old. The staff is great. We get updates all day long. It’s reassuring that we can check in on him on the camera.

As a mom, leaving your baby for the first time is scary, and I had a lot of worries at first. From day one at Childtime Pleasant Valley, those fears eased. My son started in the Infant program and is now in the Toddler program, and he’s doing great. The teachers and management are kind and welcoming, the school is well maintained, and the SproutAbout app is amazing. I love getting updates, photos, and videos during the day. Now my little guy wakes up asking for his teachers—it truly feels like a second family.
