I noticed several issues during my time with the facility. First, the staff seemed constantly overwhelmed and overworked, with frequent turnover and a lack of attention to each child. There were times when only one member were present to care for a large group of children, making it clear that the facility was understaffed. The cleanliness of the facility was also a concern. Our family has been part of Avon Childtime for over 3 years and we can’t imagine any other place being better for our kids. Both love seeing their teachers and friends every day. I have peace of mind knowing I can check in on the live stream or chat with staff in the app. The new director, Kyla, and all staff we interact with genuinely care about the kids, are friendly, and professional. Should have a zero star. Or an option to let you know state has been notified. After part of a day thank God my granddaughter was able to be picked up early by a family member. Camera showed, force feeling, caregiver almost asleep and almost dropped her, she was taking behind a shelf out of camera view numerous times, crying the entire time and came home with a bruse on her cheek.
