When we first started at ChildTime it seemed to be a great place. We had an excellent teacher and our daughter was about 16months old. Once we moved to the 2yr old class it was a different teacher what felt like every other day. In our less than 1yr time at this location we had 7 teachers. SEVEN. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is HORRIBLE! The lack of attention from the staff towards the kids especially in my daughter’s classroom is absurd. She is 2 years old and has been at this center since she was 6 months. You would think that with the rapport we have with them they would treat us a little bit better. This school has been an absolute joke for the last two years after Ms. Linda left. They have had two directors in that time frame and one quit after a month on the job. They constantly are having staffing issues to the point that they turn away parents due to so many staff calling out or leaving. One of our son’s teachers was in a physical fist fight with another teacher while the children watched. Update: So I will honestly say this place has a done a complete 180 in a good way in terms of quality care and management. First off the front office under Ms. Miranda has completely turned this place around. Her door is always open at pickup and you can really tell she enjoys what she does as a director. She has definitely improved the quality of care and it has shown in her hiring of new staff. Our son is in the 2 classroom, and under Ms. Cyndrea and Ms. Miciah, you can see them actually doing lesson plans and story time. ... read more
