My son has been going here since he was 4 months old, and I can't believe what we are experiencing. Months back, I expressed my concerns about the environment in the Twos room to the Assistant Director, Ariel. I was assured that these problems would be addressed, but they were under staffed. I rarely leave reviews, but families deserve transparency. My family has been with this center for over three years, and the decline has been noticeable especially following recent corporate changes and inconsistency at that level. This facility markets itself as a "learning center", but it is increasingly operating like a daycare without the consistency and structure you would expect for the cost. My daughter has been attending Childtime since she was 6 months old and she is almost four now. We cannot express how thankful and grateful we are for the staff and facility at Childtime on honey creek. Our daughter has loved and bonded with every teacher she has had and is so smart and loves to socialize since she started so young. The licked facility and cameras also keep us as parents feeling safe and love being able to check in on her.
