I would not recommend this daycare to any parent. My experience with this facility left me extremely disappointed and concerned. I raised serious concerns regarding statements my son made about being hit by two teachers, Ms. Beth and Ms. Kaylynn. Despite the seriousness of these concerns, I was never contacted by the regional manager to discuss the situation or address my complaints. The lack of communication and follow-up was unacceptable. My child has been with Childtime since she was PreK and she is now in the 3rd grade. Childtime has become a second family. I just love it here!
We love childtime! My son started here at one year-old and stayed until he was five now he’s nine and we are back again. The fact that we chose to return after all these years says it all. The director and the entire staff are amazing caring and dedicated. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my boy for so many years. 💕
We enrolled our son at Childtime for a few days while we were between daycare arrangements and traveling. They were recommended by his current daycare, which is closer to our home. The director, Doenisha, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure our son was well taken care of. His teachers, Allona and Mercedes, were professional, kind, and genuinely caring.
