Peace of mind and joy, are the first things that come to mind. My grandbaby is so well taken care of and learning so much. I really love this staff. I'm hyper particular as a former early childhood specialist and director. They get it right where and when it's important. Ms. Sujey, Ms. Maria and Ms. Isabel and the rest of the staff really care and it shows!

Scheduled a tour online, I should have gone with my gut and walked out. First impressions matter, the director whose shared with me she has been there 18 years, was not very welcoming! When I arrived she opened the door with a what are you doing here face , was not ready at all or was expecting me, she's fumbling around her laptop, visitor sign in sheet, then hands me an iPad to fill out all the information already given online. I used my backup caregiver benefit through Bright Horizons for 30 days while searching for a daycare for my son. At first, I was nervous about leaving him at such a young age, but Childtime helped ease that anxiety—especially with their live camera access. We sent both our kids here. Our son is in the 1yr classroom and they do lots of activities every day and send lots of photos in the app! My son loves the new sink they just installed.
