My children have been with Childtime on Argyle Forest BLVD for seven and three years. We have seen much of the staff remain consistent, giving our children a place to be grounded while we work. We have gotten to know much of the staff and I can say that they care deeply for the children in their care, giving hugs when needed and handing out fair consequences for challenging behavior. My son has been in daycare since he was 7-months-old (he is now 3) and has never displayed any behavioral issues. He was originally enrolled in Childtime in another state; however, when we relocated to Florida, we figured it would be best to keep him with the same daycare system. I waited a week (the length of time my daughter was in there, and also the length of time my daughter has now been in a different daycare) to leave my review. Enrolling was extremely quick and easy. Maria was very helpful and teacher Carmen yeung was very kind to my child. However most of the staff is extremely cold with the children. My daughter was crying all day, for 5 days, non stop. Both of my kids have attended this location. I don't have the issue of a screaming child at drop off because my kids absolutely love this place. Each of them built bonds with their teachers and it means the world. The staff communication is on spot as well! The cameras give so much peace of mind. Knowing you can look in in your kids anytime is truly an amazing feature. Would rate 10 stars if I could!
