I could not be happier with Childtime and the care my son received during his time there. From the first day, I could tell he was truly cared for and loved by the entire staff. My son started when he was just 4 months old, and Ms. Yolanda was such a wonderful guide by helping us navigate starting purees/food. We just switched here from another local chain, and I am SO GLAD that we did! Our son is a happy dude wherever he is but you can just see how much happier he is at Childtime. Ms. Alma is so kind. You can tell she loves the kids. Her assistant director is lovely as well as professional. When we drop him off in the morning we know he is in good hands.
We have been extremely happy with this provider. The Director goes above and beyond to make this place great. On the cameras we’ve seen her holding and comforting our 3 year old who has had a rough time transitioning and he really adores her. Seeing a Director actually engaged and even having a fun relationship with the kids and staff speaks volumes. The staff are very friendly, caring, and have been great to our son. As a parent and a social worker, I would strongly urge you not put your child here especially if you're a first time parent, new to daycare, and/or if your child is preverbal and unable to communicate to you what's happening. If you do, or are set to start with them, keep your name on other waitlists just in case! You don't want to be stuck. Our experience at this center was not a pleasant one- the playground is mosquito infested, the advertised curriculum is not implemented, at all. Lunch wasn't any better, and our 2 year old would not eat it (parents aren't allowed to send lunch). Alma L., the Director was very disrespectful and incompetent- and would repeatedly make threats regarding student enrollment. She does not conduct herself like a person that is worthy of leading children or staff. Please keep these items in mind when touring or considering.
