The priority at this facility is money over families and they don't hesitate to make threats to get what they want. I was a previous customer for two years with no late payments and no issues and would have gladly come back but my most recent experience was filled with threats and disrespect and patronizing communication from the branch director, Alma L. I will spend more money starting over somewhere new before I use the days left on the flex card. It's clearly become business before families here. Very disappointing.

I would like to start by saying thank you so much to everyone at Childtime on Alverser Drive for the exceptional care and support you have provided to our family. Every staff member has shown kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication to the children. This is truly a reflection of outstanding leadership and a strong management team. I dread having to write this post, but I feel that many parents should be made aware of Childtime’s overall priorities when it comes to caring for your precious children. My son has been attending this school since he was 11 months old. Before then, he’d only experienced his life alongside his family. I have had both of my children enrolled at Childtime since April 2026, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and care they provide. From day one, Mrs. Alma and the entire team have made me feel comfortable and reassured that my children’s safety and well-being are their top priorities. My children are growing, learning, and developing every day. I enrolled my 3 kids here and couldn't be happier! My kids range from 3-7 years old. This center is a great learning environment lead by a warm, dedicated, and truly caring team of teachers! Drop off is so smooth and the kids are so happy to share about their day at pick up! We're so grateful!
