I have toured this daycare twice, once for each of my children, and both times I didn’t like it. The entire time they were just talking about their terms and didn’t even look at or smile at my children. Their services are very pricey, and they don’t make any accommodations for parents.

We started coming in Dec 2025. We like the class schedule and structure. We also like that we are able to come in and talk to the teachers when we drop off and pick up our kids. We love our teachers Ms. Ciara, Ms. Tiara, and Ms. Lex from the Two’s classroom. They helped our little girl get adjusted when she first started coming to school. We also love Ms. Denise and Ms. Targy from the PreK class. They are very loving and compassionate to our son and still helping him adjust until now.
Our child has been at Childtime of Yorktown for just over a year. She’s very happy there. I was able to go in on afternoons when I was working from home to nurse her once a day before she weaned, and they were very supportive as I transitioned her to formula and purées, then to solids. We love being able to see her on the cameras and get updates on the app. Her teachers and the staff are very communicative. I am extremely pleased with the amount of patience and professionalism demonstrated by Ms. Danielle (Center Director) and Ms. Amanda (Center Assistant Director) during the registration process. I am genuinely appreciative for the quality of care that is provided to my child. I love the updates I receive throughout the day on activities my child is engaging in. Ms. Bonita, Ms. Tanieca, Ms. Deidra, Ms. Kat and many others are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this child care center for anyone searching for one.
