My experience is only with infant room 1. My son has been going there for about 9 months now. There is a couple of things I want to address in the other reviews: 1. High turnover rate in the afternoons: I don’t know what they are talking about, I’ve seen mostly the same people the entire time. 2. Ms. Paola tone of voice?: come on now, I’ve spent so much time at the front desk area, and the kids love her. She greets everyone kindly by name. I have no idea how she remembers everyone’s name. The Director Paola is very rude in her interactions with the children. She has been overheard speaking in a rude tone to the children in the center. She also allows her staff members to speak rudely to the children without doing anything to stop the rudeness of the staff. Totally unacceptable behavior for any childcare facility.

-Recommendation: Use ONLY as backup care in emergencies. -NOT recommended: For regular daycare due to constant busyness. Ms. Hosai tends to be quite negative and Ms. Paola, the current director, exhibits rudeness and unacceptable behavior, often using a very harsh tone.

In my opinion, parents should be wary to send their children here. At first, the summer camp was going well. However, on Friday, July 27, 2024, I witnessed the associate director YELL cruelly at a child while the director and aide silently watched. Phrases were screamed like, “Stop crying, I can’t talk to you when you are crying like a baby.” followed contradictorily by “he doesn’t DESERVE a tissue!” when the teacher’s aide offered one.
