I went in for a tour, new to the area. Mrs. Kimberly was great! She showed me where my child would be and explained what his day would be like. I met the evening teachers. The place was clean, smelt nice, and cute and comfy. The pricing is reasonable, they have a promo right now, and then they have a discount for certain jobs. I enjoyed the tour! Thanks for having me.

We recently toured the facility and from the moment we walked into the door, we felt appreciation and love. We were kindly greeted by Mrs. Ann who was very outgoing and empathetic to our anxieties. This is a first time for a 2.5 year old and it can be a difficult decision to make. We toured the facility which is very secure, decorated so adorably and the atmosphere was a happy one. Today I did a tour of child time with Miss Ann and Miss Kim and I couldn’t be more comfortable, knowing that my child will have her experience learning at this facility as a parent. A lot of emotion and anxiety comes with putting your child in the right place from the moment, I walked in the door to meeting the teachers that will be with my child to seeing the facility to seeing the happy children. I inquired about the after school program and spoke to Ms. Ann who answered my questions and eased my concerns about the pricing of the after school program. She invited me for a tour of the location which is very convenient for me. I like that she was very patient, informative, and answered all of my questions. I can't wait for my tour with her. Every center should have a person that knows great customer service.
