Any concerns are quickly addressed and if they have concerns, they are gentle and thoughtful with their approach. I truly feel like we’ve been gifted with an extended family within the amazing staff at Childtime.
I was a first time mom when starting at Childtime and was definitely anxious about my daughter starting daycare. We have had such an amazing experience with everyone at Childtime and they made the transition seamless. I have now had another child who is also at Childtime and we are so grateful for the staff caring for and loving our babies. My kids have been at Childtime for almost six years, and it has truly felt like gaining another family. Miss Stephanie is awesome! She’s one of the first faces I see when I walk into Childtime, and it’s always a warm and familiar welcome. My kids absolutely love her — they connected with her from the moment they met her. She keeps everything organized, from getting the kids to the bus stop to making sure pick-ups and drop-offs go smoothly. She truly keeps things running like clockwork, and I appreciate how much love and effort she puts into her work.
My son will soon be 3 years old and has been attending Childtime of Snellville since he was 7 months old. I have never had an issue with Childtime of Snellville. To call this facility a daycare would be a disservice to the education, care, love, and attention my son has received from each level he has traveled. The directors, teachers, attendants and even bus drivers pay attention to every detail and knows each parent and student by name. My husband and I are very pleased
