I have a child with special needs and when I went in for tour I was greeted by Ms Ann she was so comforting and took her time explaining the many different things they did there the way she cared for my child made me feel comfortable enough to enroll my baby thank you Ms Ann my baby mint even wanna leave
I was excited to visit this place because of the reviews. I had an appointment for 10am and arrived a little early. I’m only leaving a review because of the fact I was buzzed in without anyone asking who I was or why I was there. That’s very unsafe for the kids there. I’ve never been just buzzed into any childcare facility without having to show my id. Then the front desk person was extremely rude. Today I had a great tour of Childtime Learning Center in Snellville for my 2 year old daughter. I came in for a tour, unscheduled, and during a busy time. The Team Lead, Semone Ault was very attentive and made sure to show me all of the classrooms and focused on where my child would be staying and what she would be learning. I was introduced to my child's future teachers and was very happy with the experience and what I saw. I can't wait until she she starts!!
Very disappointed… My soon to be 3 yr old & family are sad today because this particular location seems to set tours & accept “free discovery” days right?… Something told me to call prior to leaving my driveway (talk about a mother’s intuition)… The director didnt know what I was talking about & did not seem to care for any assistance on another near by location.
