I love the app so I can check in on my Little one. I can tell she is cared for because of how much she smiles at all the teachers. She gravitates towards Miss Letty, Miss Cindy, Miss Betzy and Miss LaRonda. I like that she's learning at daycare. All the teachers were helping her learn how to walk at an early age (10 months old). I have had my child enrolled here for the past 2 years and have had a great experience with the staff and school. Ms. Art and Ms. Diane, the Director & Assistant Director, know every parent and child enrolled and make the experience and interaction always feel warm and welcoming. There is almost always a staff member at the front desk or nearby to greet upon entry. This place is very unprofessional and discriminatory. They wasted my time for a whole 2 weeks . I needed to enroll my son so I can take a cna class and they just made it super hard kept giving me the run around made me bring him for a discovery day but never gave results in the discovery day . Never gave me a call back or anything just a huge waste of time and now Monday I’m starting my class and havE NO CHILDCARE due to childtime wasting time and being unprofessional. I am one of the vendors throughout the years I have worked at LCG this location has the best Director and best people working for her good communication very understanding.
Went for a tour, nothing was mentioned about a "discovery" period of 3 days. None of my previous day cares required me to take 3 days off work to accommodate 3 half day discovery periods between 8am and 12pm. Such a shame as this place seemed perfect for my family. Now I have to search elsewhere and do more tours.
